Community house

The city of Auxerre launched an architecture competition for the renovation and extension of a community house. The building needed a real face lift, and we took it as an opportunity to enhance the sustainability of the building (insulation, green roof..). The public role of the building had to be clear for the community, the improvement of the square and access was an important part of the project. New functions discussed with the client were added. We won the competition and continued with the development of the project.
